FAQ

Why is MagRoc superior to other panel products?

Mgo board only absorbs maximum 18% water and releases it very quickly as the product breathes. It will not change strength or breakdown even under total saturation and 30 cycles of freeze thaw. Wood and metal based sheathing used in traditional SIPS assemblies cannot withstand exposure to water over time.

How much do MagRoc Panels cost?

MagRoc panel costs vary depending on thickness of Mgo Sheathing (strength) and EPS foam (R value) and number of panels ordered. The standard 4'x8' x6" (R 22) panel retails for $7.50/sq ft or $240.00/ panel plus taxes and delivery. This assembly accomplishes framing, insulation, vapour barrier, exterior sheathing and interior sheathing (drywall equivalent+) in one step. It's insulation value is 100% for the life of the building.

Can I get a project price quote?
