What is a MagWall™ SIP?Structural Insulated Panels are a composite building material (magnesium oxide board). They consist of a sandwich of two layers of structural board with an insulating foam in between. They are made with MagBoard™ sheathing. These are structural sheaths that can be finished like drywall on the interior, and covered with siding materials or have stucco applied directly to the exterior of the panel. When the panel is used for basement or foundation walls, foundation spray can be applied directly to the surface. |

- EPS holds a true R-value of 3.75 per inch.
- 6 7/16" panels provide R-22 insulating value.
- 8" panels provide R-28.
- 10" panels provide R36.
